Membership Chair

  1. Print list of members & guests that have given their RSVP.
  2. Provide renewing & new members with an application at events. Note guests that attend just as a guest.
  3. Maintain spreadsheet to show renewed members, new members as well as guests for event.
  4. E-Mail members of their expiration of membership date as reminder to renew soon.
  5. Compose, send & maintain Evites or Mailing lists & reminders as needed.
