Vice-President

1. Stand in for President in his absence, assuming appropriate notice.
2. Serve as Chairman for maintaining the ByLaws & Standing Rules or ad hoc as required.
3. Help plan sites, hosts and provisions as needed for all events. Find board members or any member needed to assist with buying, transporting, setting up & cleaning up after events.
